- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- ½ yellow onion, sliced
- 1 ½ tsp Montreal steak seasoning
- 1 (19-ounce) package frozen cheese tortellini
- 1 pint heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 1 tsp olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large sauté pan over medium-high heat.
- Add steak to one side of the pan and bell peppers and onions to the other. Season with steak seasoning.
- Cook steak until browned and vegetables are softened, about 5-7 minutes. Stir to combine.
- Add frozen tortellini and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer, cover, and cook for 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle shredded provolone cheese over the dish. Cover for 2-3 minutes until cheese melts.
